At Ganesh Printing Press, we follow a personalized enquiry-based process for all orders. Submit your requirements through our website or contact us directly, and we will provide a customized quotation tailored to your needs.

2. How to Place a Bulk Enquiry

Visit any product page, select your specifications (quantity, paper type, finish, etc.), and submit an enquiry form with your contact details. You can also upload your design files or request design assistance from our team. We will review your requirements and contact you within 48 hours.

3. Quotation Process

Once we receive your enquiry, our team will prepare a detailed quotation based on your specifications, quantity, and any special requirements. The quote will be sent to you via email or phone. Bulk orders over 500 pieces, typically qualify for special discounts – the exact discount will be mentioned in your personalized quote.

4. Payment Terms & Process

Payment terms, methods, and schedule will be discussed directly with you after you receive and accept the quotation. We accept various payment methods including UPI, bank transfer, and cash. For large bulk orders, flexible payment terms and installment options are available. All payment details will be finalized one-on-one with our team to suit your convenience.

5. Design Approval & Production

For bulk orders, we provide design proofs or physical samples for your approval before starting full production. Once you approve the design and make the agreed advance payment, we begin production. Production timeline will be communicated in your quotation based on order size and complexity.

6. Delivery & Logistics

Delivery schedule and logistics will be discussed and planned according to your requirements. For local deliveries in Delhi NCR, we offer our own delivery service. For outstation bulk orders, we can arrange courier or transport services. All delivery charges and timelines will be clearly mentioned in your quotation.

7. Quality Assurance

Every bulk order goes through stringent quality checks before dispatch. We stand by the quality of our work and will address any legitimate quality concerns. For bulk orders, inspection at our facility before dispatch can be arranged upon request.
